We offer several different programs for all ages. Our students learn life skills, self-defense, and leadership skills. Our curriculum is based on the concepts of positive mental attitude and high goal setting. Our programs provide great physical benefits, teach life skills, and are fun for the entire family.   ATA is the largest martial arts association in the world and we adhere to the strict guidelines of ATA's founder Grand Master H.U. Lee: Honor, Integrity, Discipline, and Victory

Since the first class was taught many years ago, the focus of our program has remained the same: to provide the students with the highest quality martial arts instruction available in a safe and positive learning environment that people of all ages can enjoy. Our instructors and coaches are highly trained and will help your child reach his or her goals every step of the way. They combine excellent student instructor ratios with state of the art training facilities.

Family ATA Martial Arts has constantly been rated among the best ATA schools in the nation and in Texas. Our instructors are required to receive continual training in all aspects of Songahm Taekwondo.
